• Scope of Services

Hexacodes agrees to provide Website Designing & Development as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or statement of work.

• Payment Terms

Payment terms, including rates, deposit requirements, and payment schedules, will be detailed in the service agreement.

• Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, access to necessary resources, and timely feedback to facilitate the delivery of services.

• Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and sensitive data shared during the engagement.

• Termination

Termination terms, including notice periods and associated fees, will be specified in the service agreement.

• Liability

Hexacodes is not liable for any direct or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

• Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the Indian Constitution. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Indian Constitution.

• Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
